Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns for damaged items or if the incorrect items were sent out to you. This is because all of our products are made especially for you using on demand printing.

In order to be eligible for a return regarding an incorrect item it must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt as proof of purchase. If you would like to contact us regarding a return you can use our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “DAMAGED PRODUCT” or "INCORRECT ORDER" and your order number. Please also attach images of the damage or incorrect product. After we verify the problem, we will instruct you on how to proceed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item using our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “DAMAGED PRODUCT”, "INCORRECT ORDER" or "GENERAL ENQUIRY" and your order number if applicable. Please also attach images of the damage or incorrect product if applicable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

At this moment in time, we do not do exchanges for a different product if you change your mind, a change in size or if you mistakenly bought the incorrect product/ design due to all products being custom made specifically for you. However, if the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered then we will be more than happy to replace it for a new product or your actual order.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the incorrect items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us via our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “INCORRECT ORDER” or “DAMAGED PRODUCT” and your order number with photos of incorrect/damaged items and we’ll help resolve that for you.

We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk.

All orders of sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for other products unless damaged or an incorrect order.
