SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I track my order status?

First your item(s) will be custom made specifically for you then a shipping label will be created for your order. You will then automatically receive a tracking code when your order ships out via email or text message based on your selected preference at checkout. You can then use this code to track your order in real time.

If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us through our contact us page or via our email address contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line include “TRACKING.

Which countries do you currently deliver to?

We currently ship to the UK which include England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (EXCLUDING THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND).

We also ship to the United States Of America.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We custom make most of our products so please allow 3 to 5 business days of fulfillment time for your items(s) to be created especially for you. After your item(s) have been packaged and processed you should receive your order within the following approximate delivery time:

  • United Kingdom: Avg. 7 - 10 business days (after fulfillment).  
  • United States Of America: Avg. 7 - 10 business days (after fulfillment).  

Do you provide free shipping?

Free delivery available on all UK orders of £100 or more.

Free delivery available on all USA orders of $100 or more.

How much does shipping cost?

All UK orders of £100 or more are automatically eligible for free shipping. All other orders have the following shipping charges-

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to the UK which include England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (EXCLUDING THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND).

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, contact us via our contact us page or directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line "Cancel Request" and we'll be able to cancel the order. Any requests made after 24 hours of placing your order might not be sufficient notice because we try to process and deliver orders ASAP.

What forms of payment do you accept on your store?

We accept all major credit card providers, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Shop Pay.

I entered the wrong size by accident! What should I do?

No problem, we all make mistakes so its perfectly understandable. Simply contact us via our contact us page or email contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order and include the subject line "SIZE CHANGE". Please also include your order number and the new size(s) you would like to update your order to. We will do our very best to make the changes and then notify you via email when successful. WE CANNOT DO SIZE CHANGES AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package by providing them with your tracking code that you received from us to see if your item has been misplaced
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them and you will usually receive a note informing you of which neighbour it has been left with

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us via our contact us page or at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk  and in the subject line include ORDER NOT RECEIVED” and also include your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address and the item was returned to us, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

In very rare occasions there could be a mistake made on our part such as the order was mishandled or our fulfilment service provider did not receive the order from us. In cases like these we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

My order arrived damaged. Can you do anything for me?

Yes, we can. We apologise for the inconvenience. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as you can through our contact us page or via our email address contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk with the subject lineDAMAGED PRODUCT” Also attach pictures of the damage so we can verify it and help rectify the situation and then give you instructions on what to do from there.

I received a wrong product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if you received the incorrect order. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us via our contact us page or email us at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk with the subject line “INCORRECT ORDER” as soon as you can with photos of the incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I return an item?

We only accept returns for damaged items or if the incorrect items were sent out to you. This is because all our products are made especially for you using on demand printing.

In order to be eligible for a return regarding an incorrect item it must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt as proof of purchase. If you would like to contact us regarding a return you can use our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “DAMAGED PRODUCT” or "INCORRECT ORDER" and your order number. Please also attach images of the damage or incorrect product. After we verify the problem we will instruct you on how to proceed.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEM BACK TO US BEFORE CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “DAMAGED PRODUCT” or "INCORRECT ORDER" and your order number along with pictures to help us verify the problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us via our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “INCORRECT ORDER” or “DAMAGED PRODUCT” and your order number with photos of incorrect/damaged items and we’ll help resolve that for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know via our contact us page or email us directly at contact@theislamicmerchstore.co.uk and in the subject line please include “MISLABELLED PRODUCT” and your order number with photos of the mislabelled items as soon as you can after receiving your order and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Do you have a physical store front location?

At the present time we do not have a physical store. We currently only have an online presence.

Where is The Islamic Merch Store located?

We are based in North Yorkshire, England! Most of your products will be shipped from our England fulfilment partner. Some products may be shipped from abroad so you may see a different shipping address.

How long has The Islamic Merch Store been in business for?

We are a newly opened store operating since 2023.

Where can I find size charts for your products?

On each product page you will find a size chart will all the information you need.

How are your products made?

Our products are custom made specifically for you using different processes such as screen printing, direct to garment and embroidery.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
